NCR. The Cosmic Kitchen flagships include two subsidiary companies,

partnered with Cosmic Kitchen Pvt. Ltd. for exclusive distribution of
PCB products in India. PCB Creations are the leading manufacturers of

Kitchens retails under the brand name Choko La, and have a gratifyingly

Vasudha Munjal is
the owner of Cosmic Kitchen Pvt Ltd. Her keen interest in all things
Chocolate took her to Cordon Bleu, Paris followed by the Barry
Callebaut Academy in Singapore. Within a short span of five years,
Vasudha and the company CEO Karan Singh have taken this fledgling
organization and put it on the hip young urban culinary map. Not only
is the Cosmic Kitchen factory a state of the art facility spread over
600 sq mt of area on three floors but, the retail outlets of this
brand, Choko La, is seen as a destination dining cafe, universal in its
appeal and generous in its high product quality. Catering to the
invigorated transnational Indian palate, Choko La was molded by
passionate advocates for gourmet chocolate and there grew a devotion to
encourage an appreciation for the quality of chocolate. The brand today
has a visible presence in the luxury segment, with kiosks, retail

22000:2005
The
ISO 22000:2005 certification is an international Food Safety and
Hygiene system. It requires strict adherence to its systems which
include most importantly, the microbiological testing of each food
product to determine contamination, degradation and thus, shelf life. ISO
22000 makes it easier for organizations to implement HACCP (Hazard
Analysis and Critical Control Point) system for food hygiene as it
incorporates the principles of HACCP.
